Meet Deb Williams

As the Founder/licensed insurance agent, Deb brings more than 35 years' office management experience and client customer service to the organization. Her past experience in the insurance industry coupled with the legal field, make her the appropriate fit to meet with clients who have difficult circumstances as it relates to insurance. She is detail oriented and goes the extra mile to research options that will assist clients in making the best cost-effective decisions.

Among Deb's accomplishments are the Women of the Year Award in 2010 for the Idaho Business Women's Network and a second award in 2011 with the Idaho Business Review. She has received numerous carrier specific awards as well.

Deb loves spending time with her grandchildren, working in her garden and tending to her pasture pets.

Meet Brandi Hodnett

Brandi has been with our agency since its inception in 2008. She brings with her a willingness to deliver high levels of customer service and a desire to continuously motivate her team. Brandi previously managed a fast paced, multi-million dollar company and isn't afraid to jump right in and help her teammates achieve their goals.

She has excelled in customer service, winning several awards in the areas of customer relations, teamwork, and most influential. She is a 2012 recipient of Idaho Business Review's Women of the Year award and was nominated for Woman of the Year by the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2015.

Born and raised in Canyon County, Brandi resides in Nampa, with her husband of over 20 years and together they enjoy raising their 4 daughters.

Meet Cristina Gonzalez

Cristina joined our agency in 2018 and immediately began making an impact. Cristina has provided our clients excellent service over the years in multiple ways. 

Currently, Cristina is our dedicated Medicare agent and assists the healthcare team with individual health insurance. As a dedicated Medicare agent, she is passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of healthcare coverage during one of the most important stages of their lives. Her mission is to provide personalized service, offering expert advice on the wide range of Medicare plans available, and ensuring that each client understands their options and feels confident in their choices. She says, "I love what I do because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others—by giving them peace of mind and helping them access the coverage they deserve."

Meet Jacky Alvarado

Jacky lights up any room she enters. She was a welcomed addition to our team in 2020. She strives to make each and every person that walks into our office feel valued. Her determination to be a positive influence in this world is felt with each call she takes as well.

She plays a vital role in our commercial department, assisting clients and agents alike.

When Jacky isn't busy here, she loves to cook and play music on her Trumpet with friends.

Meet Liliana Jiménez

Liliana began making a positive difference in our agency from her first day in 2018. She has the ability to promote client independence and is a huge advocate for their needs outside of insurance. Her background in social services, immigration, and case management has made her an invaluable team member for us.

She specializes in difficult health insurance cases, premium tax credits, health coverage for immigrants, and offers a wealth of knowledge in providing resources to clients so that they may maximize their benefit options. 

In her spare time Liliana loves to travel, attend concerts and spend time with her family.

Meet Lupe Vasquez

Lupe first joined Deb Williams Insurance in 2014. She took a break in 2019 to start her family. She has rejoined the team and is ready to assist our clients as a licensed client care specialist. She is licensed in all lines of insurance and has a passion for helping people. She is a problem solver by nature and thrives when she is able to help people find solutions to their frustrations.

In her spare time, Lupe enjoys spending time with her husband and children as well as volunteering in her church.

Meet Mandy Arevalo

Mandy's background in Property and Casualty added instant strength and knowledge to our team. Beginning her career with us in early 2021, Mandy gives our clients the peace of mind they need, knowing that their insurance needs are being met.

Mandy specializes in personal home, auto and umbrella policies. Her favorite line of insurance is homeowners. Mandy says, " I love being a part of protecting a families biggest investment"

Mandy's competitive nature has earned her several accolades in the 5 years that she has been serving the Treasure Valley as an insurance agent. Some of those include top producer, highest earned premium in a month and employee of the week.

Mandy was born and raised in Caldwell and still resides there with her family. She is most proud of her role as a mother and wife.

Meet Morgan Hodnett

Morgan started her career in our agency as an intern at the age of 15. She brings with her a very positive, willing attitude and brightens the day of anyone she comes in contact with.

Morgan is the first contact many of our clients have when they call or come in and she receives rave reviews for her customer service skills and her ability to personalize each client's experience.
